• Hold (count to 4)
• Out through your mouth (count to 6)
• Drop your shoulders every time you exhale5 Reminders
Not affirmations. Not pep talks.

Out loud (if it helps them land)
In your head (if whispering at your desk is not the move)
Or write them on a sticky note, and read them as if they came from your best friend
